Free IT health check: common questions
Is the IT health check really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the check or the written report, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
How long does it take?
For a typical small office it usually fits in a single visit or remote session. Larger or multi-site offices may need more time, and we will tell you in advance.
Will you change anything on our systems?
No. The check is a review only. We do not change settings, install software or access data without your explicit approval.
What do we need to prepare?
Ideally someone who can give access to the network rack, a list of key systems you use, and admin access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace if you want that reviewed.
Can it be done remotely?
Partly. Cloud services, email security and many PC checks can be done remotely. Wi‑Fi coverage, cabling, racks and CCTV are best checked onsite in Dubai.
What happens after the report?
You decide. Use the report with your own team, ask us for a one-off quote, or compare it against our computer AMC plans.
